Taras Walerstein

Mr. Lyamport has more than over 20 years of experience in public markets with particular focus on origination, structuring and closing deals in media, technology, energy, consumer goods and agriculture in the emerging markets of Central and Eastern Europe. Since October 2020, he has been CEO of Longevity Acquisition Corp., a NASDAQ listed special purpose acquisition company that merged with 4D pharma PLC, a UK-based biotech company with six clinical trials in progress. Since September 2020, Mr. Lyamport has been CEO of Four Arrows Capital Corp., a capital pool company traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange with many of the same features of SPACs. During 2012, Mr. Lyamport was regional M&A consultant for CIS Acquisition Ltd., a SPAC that later successfully merged with Delta Advanced Materials, a leading manufacturer of specialty chemicals in China. Mr. Lyamport is the co-founder and Head of Capital Markets of Link Capital, an Eastern European financial advisory and merchant banking firm. From 2018 until the present, he has been a director at Navigator Acquisition Corp., a capital pool company traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

Mr. Walerstein is the co-founder and Head of Corporate Finance of Link Capital, a boutique investment advisory firm that provided a variety of strategic advisory, capital markets and asset management services to companies operating primarily in Russia and Central and Eastern Europe, where he led numerous transactions in diverse sectors in private and public offerings in Eastern and Western Europe. From 2014 to 2017 Mr. Walerstein was an Independent Director and Head of the Audit Committee of RETN Capital Ltd. (UK), a group of companies developing international backbone fiber-optic network of high capacity and providing telecom associated services to corporate customers and network operators. From 2012 to 2014, Mr. Vazhnov was one of the founders and director of CIS Acquisition Ltd., a NASDAQ listed SPAC that completed a successful business combination with Delta Advanced Materials in 2014.

Mr. Rogers has over 30 years experience working as a lawyer in big ticket transactions across the globe. He started his legal career at Linklaters in the late 1980’s where he worked on a number of large public offerings, before being one of the founding partners of a new law firm in association with KPMG which he was instrumental in growing to over 150 lawyers over a period of 2 years. He then worked for many years at Clyde & Co, an international law firm, where he was head of the Corporate Departments, and which he also grew to being a major player. More recently. Philip joined the London office of Brown Rudnick, the Boston-based law firm, where he was Head of emerging Markets for a number of years before setting up his own boutique law firm called Phanar Legal. Philip’s practice is a cross-border transactional in nature covering a wide variety of transaction types, including Public Offerings, M&A and Joint Ventures and Private Equity. He has recently been involved in advising on multi-billion mining and infrastructure projects in West Africa. Philip has gained a wealth of business knowledge as part of his transactional experience as well as a critical and analytical approach to risk management, compliance and governance issues. Philip has law degrees from the University of Kent in the UK and the University of Paris in France. He speaks fluent English, French and German.
